Reservations
Currently we are accepting reservations over the phone and by email. We
find this to be the most effective and error free way to serve you. A
credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) is required to hold the room.
When making a reservation (for one or more rooms) payment in full, including
tax, is due for the first night (for all rooms being reserved).
We require 2 weeks or more notice on all cancellations. To receive a refund
on your deposit the cancellation must be 2 weeks or more before your reservation
date. All but $25.00 per deposit per room will be refunded to you. If
less than 48 hours notice is given no refund is available if the room
does not get rebooked. If the room is rebooked all but $25.00 will be
refunded to you. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We do not accept reservations for more than one party unless the person
making the reservations intends to put everyone's first night charge on
their credit card. We will hold a room for 24 hours to give the other
party time to call with their credit card information.
For weekend reservations we have a 2 night minimum. However, always check with us
first. Due to the way some reservations are made, we may have one night openings
available on some weekends.
